  1. Helium HNT Bobcat Miner-300 stuck Syncing for days
This is from Twitter of Jovan Milovic
The Helium Bobcat miner was syncing well on May 21 from and suddenly stopped mid sync. I suspect this could be that a new hardware is being loaded into the rig which takes several minutes to sync/download, this would definitely cause it to misbehave.
I went ahead and removed all previous transactions from HNT with force stop and then ran syncthreads and verified that everything was properly down.
All tests show syncing back up ok.
However, it does appears more work has been added to it:
It now says the following pending changes :
    • CPU: 14
    • Disk Size 2GB / 500GB (4TB hard drive) — this will likely be the max
    • MOSFetched — this tells how many entries we currently have in FETCH_DATA so that you can get your data back. The current state was (0x00). If the total was less than 4 then it was an error of some sort.
    • 0 = Pending
    • 1 = In progress
I will test again later today/next Tuesday again….

  2. So since the last miner update there has been a bunch of issues from this thread that have popped up. And i’m going to try and get everything taken care of before all hell breaks loose in here — if you are having issues with your own custom scripts we would be happy to help

Miner 3–4-3 Block Size Update – Helium Batch #21 — A look at some technical improvements Helium and NEX Labs decided it was time to improve both their block size algorithms. This has been achieved by introducing two different block sizes and a “prefer to fail” consensus mechanism, as well as reducing NEX Labs’ total network fees. The new blocks are smaller, faster and cheaper to mine. To check out how these changes affect some popular mining pools with millions of users read our last post. With that said how does our latest miner look like? What do you think? (1) is mineable 2) Is it ASIC? 3)…

  3. HNT is currently in a tight zone courtesy of the support and resistance convergence. This means that a breakout is imminent, but its direction will likely be subject to market sentiments. Favorable market conditions may lead to a bullish breakout.

On the contrary, more FUD could trigger further sell-offs, leading to a breakout below current support.

    Thank you for posting!
