Privacy Policy
This policy explains how personal data and technical information are processed when you visit Wake Up To Crypto or contact the website.
Most faucet rewards are tiny. FaucetPay can help you collect small payouts from supported faucets, PTC sites and reward platforms in one microwallet before withdrawing later.
Set up FaucetPay to collect small rewards →1. Data controller
The controller of data processed directly by Wake Up To Crypto is Kamil Sobczak, Poland. Privacy questions and requests can be sent to [email protected].
2. Scope of this policy
This policy applies to wakeuptocrypto.com. It does not govern websites opened through external links, including FaucetPay, Facebook, wallet providers, exchanges or reward platforms. The Android application has a separate privacy policy.
3. Technical data collected during a visit
The website uses its own server-side analytics. The records may contain the visited path and page title, date and time, referrer URL, traffic source and medium, bot classification, country code supplied by the hosting or security infrastructure, and page metadata such as category and template. The IP address and browser user-agent are converted into salted SHA-256 hashes before they are stored in the analytics database.
4. Referral and outbound-click measurement
When you use a FaucetPay referral button, the local redirect records the source page, target, CTA identifier, referrer, traffic source, country code and hashed technical identifiers. The redirect then sends you to the external FaucetPay website. Wake Up To Crypto may receive a referral commission at no additional cost to you.
5. Contact data
When you contact the website by email or Facebook, the information you provide may include your name, contact details, message, attachments and technical information needed to investigate the report. Do not include wallet secrets, passwords, recovery codes or unnecessary identity documents.
6. Purposes and legal bases
Technical analytics and click measurement are processed for the legitimate interests of operating, securing and improving the website, understanding aggregate traffic and measuring whether referral links support the project's maintenance. Contact messages are processed to answer inquiries, correct content, handle security reports and discuss possible cooperation. Where a message concerns steps requested before a potential agreement, processing may also be necessary to take those steps.
7. Cookies and local storage
The website's own analytics described above are server-side and do not require an analytics cookie or browser local storage. Hosting, security or external services may use strictly necessary technical mechanisms. After you open an external website, its own cookie and privacy rules apply.
8. Recipients and service providers
Data may be processed by providers that support hosting, server security, content delivery, email and technical maintenance. Messages sent through Facebook are also processed under Meta's own privacy rules. Data is disclosed to public authorities only when required by applicable law.
9. International transfers
Some external providers may process data outside the European Economic Area. Where such processing applies, the provider is expected to rely on a lawful transfer mechanism, such as an adequacy decision or contractual safeguards. External websites describe their own transfer arrangements in their privacy notices.
10. Retention periods
Server-side pageview and referral-click analytics are retained for up to 12 months and are removed automatically. Ordinary correspondence is normally retained for up to 24 months after the last meaningful contact. Information may be retained longer when required by law or when necessary to establish, exercise or defend legal claims.
11. Your rights
Depending on the circumstances, you may request access, correction, deletion, restriction or portability of your personal data and may object to processing based on legitimate interests. You may also lodge a complaint with the President of the Personal Data Protection Office in Poland. A request can be sent to [email protected].
12. Automated decisions
Wake Up To Crypto does not use the collected data to make decisions that produce legal or similarly significant effects about visitors. Bot classification is used only for analytics quality and technical reporting.
13. Data security
The website limits access to administrative and storage areas, stores analytics in a server-side database and hashes IP addresses and user-agent values before storage. No internet service can guarantee absolute security.
14. Changes to this policy
The policy may be updated when the website's tools, providers or legal obligations change. The current review date is shown on this page.
Be careful with websites that promise unrealistic rewards, ask for deposits before withdrawal, or require suspicious wallet connections. Small reward sites should never need your seed phrase.
