offerwall task disappeared before completion

Offerwall Task Disappeared Before Completion? Rebuild the Offer Timeline

When an offerwall task disappeared before completion, the missing card is not enough to tell you whether the task is dead. The offer may have expired, been removed from public inventory while your tracked start remains on record, disappeared from a started-offers view, or lost the tracking state needed for later milestones. The safest move is not to keep spending time blindly. Reconstruct the original click, the provider's started-offer history and the deadline, then decide whether continued progress can still be attributed.

The missing card is only a symptom

An offerwall task disappeared before completion can mean several different things. Public inventory may have changed while your tracked start still exists, the task may have crossed its completion deadline, the provider may have removed it from history, or the original tracking chain may never have been established. Do not infer the outcome from the wall layout alone.

Build the Offer Presence Timeline

Write down five checkpoints from the same task.

  • VISIBLE — when the offer and its terms were visible.
  • CLICKED — when you used the tracked offer link.
  • TRACKED — whether the provider recorded the offer in Started, In Progress, History or a similar area.
  • DEADLINE — the original completion window tied to that start.
  • REMOVED — when the card or history entry disappeared.

Offerwall task disappeared before completion: VISIBLE but never TRACKED

If the task vanished from the public wall and there is no started-offer or provider-history record, continuing is risky. RevU's current guidance says tracking depends on the original offer link, device and network path, and its support team advises users not to continue multi-reward offers when the initial tracking data never arrived. No tracking record means later progress may have nothing to attach to.

A public listing and a started-offer record are different objects

An advertiser can stop showing a campaign to new users while an earlier click remains in a provider's history. Freecash currently maintains a Started Offers area, and RevU shows recently clicked or completed offers through its support flow. Therefore an offerwall task disappeared before completion should be checked in history before you assume that public delisting erased your individual start.

Freecash shows why Started Offers matters

Freecash's July 2026 support tells users to find uncredited tasks in My Profile > Started Offers. It also notes that if an offer is no longer listed there, the support ticket icon will not appear. That makes the started-offer record operationally important: once it disappears, the normal dispute route can become harder or unavailable.

RevU retains clicked-offer history only for a limited period

RevU currently says its support view lists offers clicked or completed in the past 30 days and that tracking data is retained for roughly 45 days. An offerwall task disappeared before completion close to those retention limits may be a history-expiry problem even if the advertiser app remains installed.

Do not confuse history retention with the campaign deadline

The provider can keep tracking data longer than the time allowed to complete the offer, or remove support history after the original deadline has already passed. The two clocks answer different questions: can the task still qualify, and can support still investigate it? Record both.

The original deadline survives a cosmetic disappearance

If the task had a fixed completion window, removing the card does not create a new deadline. Freecash explicitly says some offers must be completed within a stated timeframe and that support cannot override a missed deadline. Use the terms captured when you started, not the current wall, to determine whether time remains.

Offerwall task disappeared before completion: DEADLINE PASSED

Choose DEADLINE PASSED when your original saved terms show that the qualifying window ended before the current milestone. Stop. Continuing cannot repair a missed time condition, and spending more money or time only increases the loss.

Offerwall task disappeared before completion: PUBLIC DELISTING ONLY

Use PUBLIC DELISTING ONLY when the card is gone from the discovery wall but your started-offer record, task ID and deadline remain visible and active. In that state, the disappearance may affect new users without invalidating your tracked start. Continue only when the provider's own history still supports the task.

Offerwall task disappeared before completion: HISTORY ENTRY LOST

Use HISTORY ENTRY LOST when the task no longer appears in the provider's started or support history. Before doing more work, save the advertiser account ID, original screenshots, timestamps and any earlier tracking email. If the normal provider history is gone, ask support whether the original click is still traceable.

Offerwall task disappeared before completion: TRACKING NEVER ESTABLISHED

Use TRACKING NEVER ESTABLISHED when the first install or registration milestone never showed up and the offer subsequently vanished. RevU's March 2026 guidance says future tiers should not be continued when the provider did not receive tracking for the initial install or registration. That is a strong stop signal.

Do not reinstall the app to make the offer reappear

Reinstallation can destroy first-install eligibility or create a second attribution path. The original offerwall task disappeared before completion case should be reconstructed from the first click and advertiser account, not restarted from a fresh app-store search.

Do not open the advertiser through a different offerwall

If the same game or service appears elsewhere, launching it from a second wall can attach new campaign identifiers to the same advertiser account. RevU warns that using different links can break the original attribution. A missing card is not a reason to change the tracking path mid-offer.

Do not switch devices mid-offer

RevU currently lists device changes among common tracking failures. If the original task began on one device, moving the same advertiser account to another device can make the later milestone invisible to the campaign that owns the click.

A VPN or private relay can make the tracking problem worse

RevU says VPNs and traffic-changing tools can cause provider tracking to be discarded, and its 2026 guidance also calls out Private Relay. If an offerwall task disappeared before completion, do not add a network-identity change while trying to recover it. Keep the original legitimate environment where possible.

A missing offer can be an expiry rule, not a technical bug

Some integrated offerwall implementations remove tasks after a fixed lifetime. Dragon City's current first-party help, for example, says its offerwall tasks are automatically removed after 69 days. That number is platform-specific, but it proves the broader point: task disappearance can be an intentional expiry state.

Never copy another platform's expiry number

The 69-day Dragon City rule does not apply to Freecash, RevU, BitLabs or every offerwall. An offerwall task disappeared before completion must be judged by the provider and host you actually used. Use examples only to understand the mechanism, not to invent a universal deadline.

If the task is still in history, read its status before continuing

Look for Started, In Progress, Pending, Expired, Not Tracked or similar wording. The exact label matters more than the discovery card. A started record with a valid deadline supports cautious continuation; an expired or untracked state supports stopping.

If there is no status, preserve the advertiser account ID

RevU asks for the advertiser's user ID, player ID, order number or similar identifier when researching rewards. That ID connects the external app or service to the campaign. Preserve it before the advertiser account or app state changes.

Preserve the original terms before support asks for them

The existing Wake Up To Crypto Offer Rule Lock already recommends saving reward, milestone, deadline, device, eligibility and support rules before the click. When an offerwall task disappeared before completion, that record becomes the reference contract because the live offer page may no longer exist.

A changed reward is a different incident

If the task still exists but the payout amount changed, that belongs to the reward-amount-change intent. This page owns disappearance of the active task itself. Do not turn a missing card into a price dispute unless both events actually occurred.

A completed task with no reward is a later state

If you already finished the required milestone and only the credit is missing, use the completed-but-no-reward path. An offerwall task disappeared before completion ends earlier: the decision is whether it is still rational and trackable to continue toward the milestone.

Use the Continuation Test

Continue only when every answer below is yes.

  • The original tracked start is still visible or support confirms it remains traceable.
  • The original completion deadline has not passed.
  • The advertiser account/player ID still matches the original task.
  • You are still on the same legitimate device/account path required by the offer.
  • No support message says the initial install or registration failed to track.
  • The remaining milestone does not require extra spending just to test whether tracking still works.

CONTINUE WITH PROOF

Choose this when the public card vanished but the started-offer record remains active, the deadline is valid and the initial tracking evidence exists. Continue on the original advertiser account and device. Save the next milestone immediately after it occurs.

CONTACT THE OFFERWALL

Choose this when the task disappeared from history before the documented deadline but you still have an offer ID, original terms and advertiser account ID. Ask one narrow question: does the original tracked start remain valid and researchable? Do not ask support to create a new campaign after the fact.

WAIT FOR HISTORY TO UPDATE

Use this only when the provider explicitly documents a short processing delay before Started or Support status appears. Do not invent a waiting period. If the initial tracking checkpoint should already be visible and is not, treat that as missing evidence rather than optimism.

STOP

Stop when the deadline passed, the initial tracking never established, support says future tiers will not track, or continuing would require a second install, new account, new device or additional purchase solely to test the campaign. An offerwall task disappeared before completion is not worth turning into a larger loss.

Build a Disappeared-Task Evidence Card

Keep one compact record.

  • Host platform and offerwall provider
  • Offer title and offer/task ID
  • Original reward and milestone
  • Original deadline and clock-start rule
  • Click/start timestamp
  • Advertiser user/player/order ID
  • Started/In Progress history screenshot
  • Removal timestamp
  • Current provider status
  • Support ticket ID and answer

Worked example — card gone, Started record intact

A game disappears from the main wall on day 4 of a 14-day task. The Started Offers page still shows the game, the click time and the remaining milestones. No rule changed. This is PUBLIC DELISTING ONLY, so continuing on the original tracked account is defensible.

Worked example — first install never appeared

A user installs a game from the tracked link but the initial install milestone never appears. The offer later disappears. Support confirms no tracking data was received. This is TRACKING NEVER ESTABLISHED. Continuing to level 20 would only create uncredited effort.

Worked example — history expired before support was filed

The user completed substantial progress but waited until the provider's tracking-retention period had passed. The offer no longer appears in support history. Even strong screenshots may not recreate deleted provider tracking. The lesson is to preserve and escalate before history retention expires.

The practical disappearance sequence

When an offerwall task disappeared before completion, use this order.

  • 1. Save the current wall and advertiser state.
  • 2. Find the task in Started, In Progress or provider history.
  • 3. Reconstruct the original click and deadline.
  • 4. Verify whether the first tracking checkpoint ever appeared.
  • 5. Keep the original device, advertiser account and campaign path unchanged.
  • 6. Apply CONTINUE WITH PROOF, CONTACT THE OFFERWALL, WAIT FOR HISTORY TO UPDATE or STOP.
  • 7. Do not spend more money merely to test a missing tracking record.

Boundary with pre-start rule clarity

The existing clear-rules article owns the decision before the first click and already recommends preserving a dated Offer Rule Lock. This page begins only after a task was started and later disappeared, using that earlier record to decide whether the started campaign still exists.

Boundary with changed reward amount

A task that remains visible but changes payout has an economic-rule problem. An offerwall task disappeared before completion is an availability and tracking-continuity problem. The remedy is to prove whether the original start survives, not to calculate which payout value should apply.

Be careful with websites that promise unrealistic rewards, ask for deposits before withdrawal, or require suspicious wallet connections. Small reward sites should never need your seed phrase.

FAQ

Why did my offerwall task disappear before completion?

Possible causes include public campaign delisting, expiry of the task, loss of the started-offer history entry, or tracking that never established correctly. Check the provider's Started/In Progress history and original deadline before continuing.

Can I keep completing an offer after it disappears from the wall?

Only when the provider still shows a valid tracked start or confirms that the campaign remains active for your account and the original deadline has not passed. A missing public card alone is not enough evidence.

Should I reinstall the app if the offer disappeared?

No. Reinstallation can break first-install eligibility or create a second attribution path. Preserve the original advertiser account and tracked start.

What if the offer disappeared from Started Offers too?

Save the original offer ID, screenshots, click time and advertiser account ID, then ask the responsible provider whether the original tracking record still exists. If it does not, continuing is high risk.

Can a task disappear because it expired?

Yes on some implementations. Expiry periods are platform-specific, so use the original provider's rules rather than copying a deadline from another offerwall.

What if my first milestone never tracked?

That is a strong stop signal. RevU currently advises users not to continue later tiers when initial install or registration tracking was never received.

Is a disappeared task the same as a changed reward amount?

No. A changed amount is an economic-rule dispute while the task still exists. Disappearance is an availability and tracking-continuity problem.

What evidence should I save?

Save the original terms, offer ID, click time, deadline, Started/In Progress record, advertiser user or player ID, device used, removal time and any provider support response.
