FaucetPay Faucet Claim Not Showing After Captcha

Passing a captcha only proves you passed the captcha. The faucet still has to accept the claim, start its cooldown and record the reward somewhere. When nothing seems to change, first find out whether the site confirmed the claim at all, then check where the reward should appear and what in your browser or account might have stopped it, before you try again.

Look for the faucet's own response

After the captcha closes, the faucet should show its own message: success, a cooldown, 'already claimed', or an error. A green captcha tick without a faucet message doesn't mean the reward was recorded. Reloading too quickly can wipe the message before you've read it.

Check where the reward is supposed to go

Many faucets add claims to their own site balance and only send them to FaucetPay once you reach a threshold or request a withdrawal. Others pay each claim to FaucetPay straight away. Check which kind this is. If it's a site balance, FaucetPay won't change until you withdraw, and that's normal.

If it should pay instantly, check FaucetPay history

For faucets that pay each claim to FaucetPay, open the history for that exact coin, not just the total balance in dollars. A tiny credit can be invisible on a rounded dashboard. Faucet payments into FaucetPay are internal, so there's no blockchain hash to look for.

A faucet can be out of funds

A faucet pays FaucetPay users from its own funded FaucetPay balance. If that balance runs dry, the claim can go through on the site while the payment fails or waits. FaucetPay's faucet list shows a health indicator for each faucet. On a public mirror of that list on October 31, 2026, some busy faucets showed health well below 50%. A low score is a good reason to stop claiming.

Rule out browser problems

The captcha can load while another script the claim needs is blocked. Allow JavaScript and cookies for the site, close duplicate tabs and look at what your content blocker is blocking on that page. Don't turn off security software everywhere, and don't install an extension a faucet tells you to.

• Only one faucet tab open.
• Cookies and site storage allowed.
• No old page left open through the whole cooldown.
• No VPN or rapidly changing connection.
• Signed in to the right account before submitting.

Respect the cooldown and anti-abuse limits

Submitting before the timer ends, switching recipient details repeatedly or sending lots of requests in a short time can lead to silent rejections or a temporary block. Wait for the cooldown to finish and make one normal attempt from a stable session.

Save evidence before contacting support

Note the time, account name, coin, the captcha result and any message the faucet showed. A screenshot of the faucet's response is far more useful than one of the captcha. Leave out passwords, 2FA codes and private account details.

Know when to stop

Solving more captchas won't help if the faucet never confirms a claim or never gives a usable error. After one clean retry, treat a continuing failure as the site's problem and stop spending time until the operator explains it.
